1 x 225 g puff pastry
4 large portobello mushrooms
4 tsp veganaisse
1 large red onion, chopped finely
1 tin diced tomatoes
1 clove garlic, chopped finely
1/2 tsp of salt and pepper
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and garlic. add tomatoes, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar.
Simmer for 15 minutes
Divide pastry into quarters and roll each out into a square. Leave to stand a few minutes
Spoon mixture into bottom of mushroom caps and put them in the pastry; fold up the pastry to enclose the mushrooms
Brush with milk and cut slits in the pastryBake at 450 for 25 minutes
Serve with a dab of veganaisse
