3 cups trimmed halved Brussels Sprouts (1½ pounds)
¼ cup chopped prosciutto or bacon
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Brussels sprouts in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain. Heat skillet over medium heat and cook prosciutto for six minutes or until crisp. Remove from pan and set aside. Add olive oil and sauté Brussels sprouts for 3 minutes. Add butter, salt, and pepper and cook until desired level of tenderness. Remove from heat. Toss with lemon juice (if using). Toss to combine with prosciutto or bacon.
