4 cups rhubarb cut into small pieces
1 cup crushed pineapple
Pulp and grated rind of one orange
4 cups sugar
2-3 tbsp candied ginger

Mix all ingredients together. Cook slowly until thick, stirring frequently. Cook about 20 minutes. When the correct consistency to spread, put in sterilized jars and seal
