Ingredients:  
1 cup dried soybeans (organic as otherwise they are highly sprayed)
1/3 cup soya sauce
1/8 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp dill seed
1 tsp celery seed
1 tsp ground thyme
salt to taste
1 large onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped fine
wheat germ

Directions:
Directions:
Soak soybeans in plenty of water overnight
Drain and then replace water and cook about 4 hours until soft
Puree soybeansAdd remaining ingredients (except wheat germ)
When well mixed, then add wheat germ to make a thick paste (about 4 cups of mixture when complete)
Form into patties and fry in a little oil in a hot skillet.
Serve with sliced tomatoes on whole wheat buns
