6 cups chicken broth
2 medium onions sliced
½ cup rice
½ head of cabbage chopped into medium size pieces
2 lemon slices
½ pound of skinless, boneless chicken cooked and slivered
3 tablespoons fresh parsley
Salt
Pepper
Cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken broth in large pot and bring to boil. Add onions and rice. Simmer for 15 minutes until rice is tender. Add cabbage and lemon slices and simmer for 7 minutes. Add chicken, parsley, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Simmer until all is heated. Serve with corn muffins or rolls
