4 chicken legs
4 thighs
(Alternately use 1 dozen wings)
½ cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon fresh or ground giner
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced
2 green onions (including tops), thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except chicken. Place chicken in a bag and pour mixture over chicken. Seal bag and refrigerate for four hours and/or until the next day. Turn the bag occasionally. Remove chicken and place on a rack in a roasting pan. Back uncovered in 350ºF oven for about an hour. If using wings, reduce the cooking time to about 45 minutes.
