6 ½ T. butter
4 ½ T. flour
¾ c. whipping cream
¾ c. ½ and ½
2 jars marinated artichoke hearts cut up
1 lb. shrimp
¼ lb. mushrooms
¼ c. dry sherry
1 T. Worcestershire Sauce
¼ c. parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a 13x9x2 dish layer the artichoke hearts then shrimp.
Cook the mushrooms in 2 T. butter, add a layer to the dish.
Refrigerate.

Meanwhile, to make the sauce:
Melt 4 ½ T. butter, add flour, cook for 1 minute. Add milks and cook stirring constantly until it is thick and smooth. Add seasoning to taste. Add dry sherry and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the layered ingredients. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350º for 20-30 minutes.

Serve over rice, grain or pasta.
