3 pounds cubed stew meat
Cut up carrots, celery, 2 onions, potatoes
2 c. v-8 juice
2 tsp. tapioca
2 tsp. sugar
paprika
salt
pepper

Directions:

Brown meat -- add rest of ingredients
Sprinkle with paprika
Bake covered @ 250º for 4 hours
