8 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
Italian Bread Crumbs
Chopped Garlic (2 cloves fresh or 1 heaping Tablespoon of chopped in a jar)
Lemon Juice (I use the lemon juice from the plastic lemons)
Olive Oil
Vegetable Oil
Goya Adobo Seasoning (with red lid)

Directions:
Directions:
If chicken breasts are thick slice in half to make a cutlet. Cover the breasts with the Italian bread crumbs and brown in the olive oil. In an oblong baking dish (I use a 9x13" glass cake pan) cover the bottom with cooking oil arrange browned chicken breasts in the pan. Sprinkle chopped garlic over the breasts, squirt lemon juice over the breasts, then sprinkle a generous amount of the Adobo seasoning over the breasts. Bake uncovered ½ hour at 350º.
