1 10 oz box spinach
5 T melted butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 c shredded cheddar
2 eggs beaten
1/2 c milk
1/2 cup soft bread cubed

Directions:

Cook spinach, drain well
Add beaten eggs and remaining ingredients.
Place in greased 1 quart casserole
Bake at 350 20-25 minutes
