4 chicken breasts
1/3 cup flour seasoned with salt and pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup ( or COC sauce)
1 1/2 Tbsp chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp thyme
1 Tbsp parsley
1 1/2 cup water
1 1/3 cup rice
1/4 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place seasoned flour in a bag and shake the chicken breast into bag to coat. Brown coated chicken breasts in frying pan.
Remove from pan and place the chicken into a baking dish.
Melt butter into chicken drippings. Stir in soup, water, onion, seasonings, and rice. Pour rice mixture over chicken in baking dish. Cover and bake. 375º for 1 hour.
