1 Tbsp oil
1 lb thawed stew meat
2 dashes paprika
large onion, diced
Salt and pepper

! Tbsp flour
water
potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Brown stew meat in oil in frying pan on the stove. Add salt, paprika, and onion. Cover with water and simmer for 1.5 hours.
Boil peeled and chopped potatoes in salted water in large pot till tender.

When meat has simmered and tender, mix 1 Tbsp flour in a bit of water to make thick liquid. Pour into simmering water covering the meat. Stir till thickened and a nice gravy has been made.

Serve over hot potatoes.
