3 lbs of chicken
24 flour tortillas
1 onion
1 lb grated cheese
1 can diced green chilies

Sauce
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup (or use COC sauce recipe)
1 cup chicken soup broth
2 cup half and half
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Make a mixture of most of the cheese, chicken, onion and chilies. Stir in sauce to make a thick, creamy mixture. Reserve the rest of the sauce for the top. Roll spoonfuls of mixture into center of a flour tortilla and roll. Place each tortilla roll in 9 x 13 pan which has a thin layer of sauce on the bottom. Roll up all the tortillas using the chicken mixture. Pour rest of the remaining sauce over the top and sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Bake 350º 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly on the sides.
