1 pkg. crescent rolls -
1 pkg Brown and Serve sausage
2 cups shredded Monterrey Jack Cheese
Blend together:
7 eggs and ¾ cup milk
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Spread rolls and flatten into a greased 9x13 tin/aluminum pan for crust.
Slice sausage the size of pennies, and place over crust
Spread shredded cheese over sausages and then cover with egg/milk mixture
Bake at 425ºfor 20-25 minutes and turn down to 350º half way through cooking time

Can add onions, peppers, mushrooms, etc. if desired.

Remove oven and let sit for about 5 minutes before cutting.
