1/2 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 egg
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups chopped apple
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg
Add sugar, then sifted dry ingredients and apple
Bake in buttered 8x8 pan at 350 for 30-35 minutes
