3 cups sugar
2 sticks oleo
1/2 cup crisco
5 eggs
3 cups sifted cake flour
Dash Salt
1 bottle of 7 up (7 oz. size)
1/2 tsp, coconut extract &
1 tsp, lemon extract OR
1 can angel flake coconut &
1 tsp, vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortenings and sugar, add eggs one at a time - beat well. Add extract, add flour and 7 up, salt. Bake for about 1 hour or until done at 325 deg.
