Rub
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Meat
2 racks baby back ribs

Other
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Barbecue Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl combine all run ingredients
Pat ribs dry with paper towels
Pat rub mixture on both sides of ribs. Refrigerate 1 hour, up to overnight.
Preheat oven to 250.
In roasting pan combine chicken broth and apple cider vinegar. Add ribs. Cover pan tightly with foil. Bake for 2 1/2 hours.
Transfer ribs from pan to a platter. Pour liquid from pan into saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes or until reduced by half.
I large bowl combine reduce liquid and 1 cup of barbecue sauce.
Prepare grill to medium high. Grill ribs for 5 minutes on each side or until browned and slightly charred.
Add ribs to bowl of barbecue sauce mixture. Toss until to coat,
Serve
