1/2 cup cocoa
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup oil
2 tbsp white vinegar
2 cups cold water

Combine all ingredients and bake in 8x8 pan at 325 for 35-40 minutes
