3/4 cup shortening
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix in order
Roll in balls, then roll in sugar

Baked on un greased cookie sheet at 375 for 10-12 minutes
These flatten as they bake
