Cooked Pie Crust or Graham Cracker Crust
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1-4 tablespoons cocoa
1/4 cup flour
2 1/2 cup Pet Evaporated Milk
3 tablespoon butter
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla
Cool Whip for topping

Optional: Pecans chopped for topping or on bottom of crust

Mix dry ingredients - sugar, cocoa, brown sugar & flour in saucepan
Add half of pet evaporated milk, butter and egg yolks
WHISK together evaporated milk and egg yolks in medium saucepan.
WHISK rest of evaporated milk Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is very hot and thickens slightly; do not boil. Remove from heat;
stir in vanilla until smooth
POUR into crust
Refrigerate
Top with whipped cream before serving; sprinkle with pecans
