1 cup sugar
1 cup oil
3 eggs
2 cups grated carrots
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 cup flour
1 1/3 tsp each salt, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon

Icing:
4 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp butter
1 1/2 cups icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, add sugar, oil then flour, carrots and nuts.
Sift dry ingredients and add; mix well
Cook in tube pan at 300 for 1 hour.

Beat all icing ingredients together and then apply when the cake is cooled.
