2 eggs (beaten)
3/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup oil
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup grated carrot
1 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Boil raisins in some water about i minute ; then drain
Combine beaten eggs, sugar and oil. Mix thoroughly
Add remaining ingredients. Mix just enough to combine well.
Bake in muffin pans at 350 for 15-20 minutes
