1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
2 tbsp sugar
2 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 cup of currants
1 cup coconut (unsweetened)
2 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients and press into 8x8 pan
Cook for 10 minutes at 350 then cool
Beat eggs, add remaining ingredients and pour over cooled base.
Bake 350 for 25 minutes.
