3/4 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup molasses
2 cup flour
1 tbsp ginger
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in order
Roll into balls; then roll in sugar
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet (they flatten as they cook)
350 for 10-15 minutes
