1 cup grated Swiss cheese (or packages slices)
1 10 oz. package frozen spinach, thawed & drained (squeezed)
1 partially cooked deep-dish pie crust
1 1/4 cups half & half
3 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons butter
Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º.

Spread 3/4 of the cheese across the bottom of pie pastry. Fill with spinach.

Beat eggs, 1/2 & 1/2, salt & nutmeg till well mixed.

Pour over spinach. Dot with butter. Cover with remaining cheese

Bake for 25 - 30 minutes until done.
