1 can pie filling (any flavor)
2 8oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp. milk
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Vanilla wafers

Directions:
Directions:
Blend the cream cheese, eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla together until smooth. Place vanilla wafers in bottom of foil cupcake holders. Spoon mixture on top of each wafer until ¾ full. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Let cool. The center will drop slightly then add pie filling on top of each.
