2 cups applesauce
1/2 cup grape/canola oil
2 large egg
1 t vanilla
2 t baking soda
1 1/2 t cinnamon
1/2 t salt
1/2 t allspice
1/4 t nutmeg
2 c oat flour just blend up regular oats
1/2 cup sprender brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Frosting:

6 oz yogurt cream cheese
1 t vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1 and 1/4. c powdered sugar
Some pecans to top

Directions:

350 º 25 mins

2 cake pans and line with cookie paper

Fill each pan with batter
Sprinkle all nuts on top

Cool and tut on plate with the nut together

When cooled put on frosting between batter and on top

Nuts on top
