1 cup beer
1/4 maple syrup
1/4 cup soya sauce
1/4 Vidalia onion finely chopped
1 tart apple, peeled and finely chopped
2 tsp chopped fresh thyme
2 pork tenderloins ( about 3/4lb_

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400.

In a small saucepan combine beer, maple syrup, soya sauce, onion, apple and thyme, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until slighlty thickenedd.

Season pork with salt and pepper and placein a shallow roasting pan. Tuck thin end under so each tenderloin is uniform thickness. Pour sauce over pork.

Roast uncovered, basting with sauce a few times, 40 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160OF. Let rest 5 minutes before carving.
