3 eggs
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup pumpkin
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3/4 cup flour
1 cup walnuts

Filling:
2 - 3 oz pkgs cream cheese (softened)
1 cup confectioners sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix and put in jelly roll pan that is greased. Add wax paper and grease. Spread batter and sprinkle with walnuts. Bake 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn out on towel sprinkled with powdered sugar. Peel off wax paper and roll cake in towel. Cool

For filling:
Unroll cake and spread frosting, reroll, cover and chill
