1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup oil
1 3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup sour milk
2 1/2 cups flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp soda
2 cups shredded zucchini
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Mix margarine, oil and add sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add milk alternately with dry ingredients, add zucchini. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Mix 1/4 cup brown sugar with 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts. Sprinkle over unbaked cake just before putting into the oven. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
