10 potatoes
chopped celery to taste
chopped onions to taste

1 cube butter
1 can cream of chicken soup (or make COC soup sauce)

Directions:
Directions:
Cover potatoes, onions and celery with water, just barely to cover mostly. Cook till potatoes are tender. The water should have cooked down so no need to drain. If you feel you covered the potatoes with too much water, then drain some off. Pour hot potatoes and water into mixing bowl. Add butter and cream of chicken soup mixture. Beat all together until creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
