1 LB PINTO OR RED BEANS
1ONION, CHOPPED
1 GREEN PEPPER, CHOPPED
1 CUP PARSLEY
1-4OZ CAN TOMATO SAUCE
2 CLOVES GARLIC
1 TBSP SALT
1 TSP CAYENNE PEPPER
TSP THYME
3 DASHES TABASCO
1 TBSP WORCHESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1 LB SMOKED SAUSAGE
HAM HOCK (OR LEFT OVER HAM)

Directions:
Directions:
COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT SAUSAGE (I USE A CROCK POT). ADD THE SAUSAGE ABOUT THE LAST 30 MINUTES OF COOKING.
COOK UNTIL BEANS ARE TENDER. SERVE OVER RICE
