5 6 lb. brisket
3 oz. liquid smoke
celery salt
onion salt
garlic salt
6 oz. bottle of favorite BBQ sauce
2 T. flour mixed with 1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Pour liquid smoke over brisket. Turn to coat both sides. Sprinkle both sides of meat with salts. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Pour off marinate. Place brisket in a shallow pan. Salt and pepper. Cover with foil and bake at 275º for 5 hours. Uncover and pour BBQ sauce over brisket. Bake another 30 minutes. Allow to cool for 30-45 minutes before slicing. Slice on diagonal. If desired thicken pan drippings with flour and water mixture over a medium heat until thick.
