1 pint sour cream (reduced fat or regular)
6 ounces crumbled blue cheese
⅔ c. mayo
2 T. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. each onion salt, celery salt, & Worcestershire sauce
1 T. chopped fresh chives
3 drops Tabasco (optional)

Mix all ingredients by hand until thoroughly combined. Refrigerate at least 24 hours. May be stored, tightly covered, in refrigerator for several weeks.

Many years ago this recipe was shared with me by a tennis partner, Marian Hoffmann. It is way better than any bottled blue cheese dressing and great as a dip for chicken wings or veggies.
