20 ripe tomatoes (or about 4 large cans of tomatoes)
4 ripe bell peppers (fun to use yellow or orange)
1 seeded jalapeno pepper
4 cups white vinegar
2 teaspoons ground cloves
1 teaspoon ground allspice
12 onions
1 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons salt (or to taste)
1 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce

Grind all vegetables together in a food processor and place in large heavy-bottom pot. Mix well & boil slowly for 4 hours or until desired consistency.
