1 lb. Brussels Sprouts, cleaned, trimmed, core cut out, cut in half
4 slices bacon
1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 Tablespoon honey mustard
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon in a skillet. Once browned, remove to a separate plate, leaving the skillet on the burner over medium heat. Put the sprouts cut side down in the skillet into the bacon fat. Crumble bacon into bite size pieces. Once the sprouts are browned, turn the sprouts over. Once the second side is browned, turn the heat down to low, add the remaining ingredients. Stir and serve.
