2 C Sugar
1 C Potato Starch
1 1/2 Tbs B.P
3/4 C Cocoa
1 t Vanilla
1/2 t Salt
1 C Oil
6 Eggs

Doubled:
4 C sugar
2C potatoe starch
3T bp
11/2C cocoa
2t vanilla
1t salt
2C oil
12 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, potato starch and B.P. then do the rest. bake on 350. makes one 9 x 13 Can use Icing from cupcakes. bake for 35 minutes

ok to double will yield 2 9x13 trays
