2 cups macaroni noodles
1 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp corn starch
1 tbsp butter
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles in 2 quarts of water till tender. Rinse and drain.
Melt butter in sauce pan. Stir in corn starch and make a rue. Pour in milk and salt slowly, stirring. Stir over medium heat until mixture boils. Add shredded cheese and stir till melted.
You may serve like this if you like your mac and cheese creamy. If you enjoy it dryer, place into an 8 x 8 buttered pan. Top with seasoned bread crumbs and bake 350º for 25 minutes.
