6 quarts popped corn (1 cup unpooped)
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup butter
1/2 cup Karo syrup (or agave)
1/2 tsp baking soda
dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
In sauce pan, bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil for 5 minutes. Take off the heat and stir in baking soda and salt. Stir well. Mixture will swell in size. Pour over popped corn. Stir very well coating each piece. Spread in to a shallow pan such as a cookie sheet, with parchment paper. Bake 225º for 1 hour stirring twice. Cool and eat.
