1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup shortening
1/4 cup margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 package Jell-O
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F
Mix sugar, shortening, margarine, vanilla, eggs & jell-0 (dry). Stir in flour, baking powder & salt. Shape dough into 3/4" balls. Place 3" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. flatten with bottom of a glass dipped in sugar. Bake 6 - 8 minutes make about 5 doz. cookies
