5 cups sifted flour
4 tsp sugar
1/2 cup salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 - 2 cups lard
2 egg yolks
cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Cut in lard until the pieces are smaller than peas. Place egg yolks in measuring cup and stir with a fork. Blend in enough cold water to make a scant cupful. Stir into dry ingredients. Make 3 9" pie crusts
