1 lb. pasta
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms
1 stick butter
2/3 cup flour
1 large onion, sliced
5 cloves, peeled and chopped
4 c. chicken broth
2 c. light cream
1/4 cup dry sherry
4 cups cooked turkey, diced
1 c. grated parmesan cheese
1/3 tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Slice mushrooms and saute in 2-3 tbsp. of butter with sliced onions and garlic. Lightly brown. Combine the remaining butter and flour and add broth, stirring over low heat until thickened. Add the cream,salt, pepper, sherry and garlic powder. Mix all ingredients together.

Butter a casserole dish and put mixture into the casserole dish. Top with parmesan cheese. Bake uncoved for 20 minutes at 400.
