3 T. canola oil
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. cumin
1 T. smoked paprika
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 red or green pepper
1 cup tomato sauce
1 lb. ground beef
2 cups diced potatoes
½ cup green olives stuffed with pimentos
1 green onion, diced
½ cup golden raisins
1 T. cilantro
1 packet Sazon
Adobo to taste
1 beef bouillon cube

Directions:
Directions:
Add the oil to a skillet and saute the onions, garlic,
cumin, paprika, cayenne and oregano. Cook for 2 min.
Add bell pepper, tomato sauce and bring to a simmer.
Add ground meat and potatoes and cook while
stirring frequently. Add water (or broth if preferred)
and cook until the potatoes are tender.

Season with salt, Sazon and bouillon.

Add olives, green onions, raisins and cilantro. Adjust
for seasoning.
Serve over white rice.
