4-5 pork chops
1 package Kielbasa sausage, cut in pieces
(add or substitute different sausages)
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 stalks of celery, chopped
2 - 8 oz. cans of stewed tomatoes
1 - 8 oz. can northern beans
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Brown pork chops in a skillet. Transfer to
a roaster pan.
Brown kielbasa sausage. Add to roaster pan.
Dice onions, peppers, celery, garlic, add seasonings
and Sazon and saute.
Add veggies to roaster pan.
Add the cans of stewed tomatoes, 1 cup water and
the beans.

Bake for 45 min. or until tender.
