Ingredients:  
1 pint grape tomatoes or about 2 cups (I cut the ends off and sliced some in half, left a few whole)
1 pear tomato, chopped
1 regular tomato, chopped
1 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 cup chopped onion (I used sweet Vidalia)
3 to 4 cups chopped watermelon
Juice from 1 fresh lemon or about 3 tablespoons
5 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dried basil or fresh basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Fresh mint leaves, Optional (I chopped about 3 or 4 and added to salad)

Combine tomatoes, cucumber, onion and watermelon in salad bowl. Whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, basil, salt and pepper. Add chopped mint leaves. Toss dressing with salad. Chill and serve. Can garnish with mint leaves before serving.
