1 LB SHRIMP (OR AS MAY AS YOU CAN EAT)
½ CUP CARROTS SLICED THINLY
½ CUP GREEN PEPPER SLICED THINLY
¾ CUP SUGAR
½ CUP CATSUP
1 TBSP SOY SAUCE
¼ TSP SALT
1 CUP WATER, DIVIDED
3 ½ TBSP CORN STARCH USE ½ CUP OF WATER AND MIX
½ CUP VINEGAR
1 CAN PINEAPPLE CHUNKS, DRAINED

COOK CARROTS AND PEPPER SLOWLY UNTIL TENDER; ADD CORNSTARCH, WATER AND PINEAPPLE AND COOK UNTIL THICKENED

MIX SAUCE IN SHRIMP OR USE IT TO DIP. SERVE WITH RICE.

CAN USE PORK INSTEAD OF SHRIMP
