1 C Sugar
1 1/2 C oil
4 C Potato Starch
11/2C Ground Almond

Doubled:
4 eggs
2 C sugar
3C oil
8C potatoe starch
3C Ground Almonds
Directions:
Directions:
Coat balls with confectioner's sugar. Preheat oven to 350. Bake for 12- 20 min. Melt Chocolate in a pot over a low flame pour in to plastic bag snip off the corner and drizzle over cooled cookies.

Doubled yields approx. 100 cookies (6 cookie sheets)
