1/4 c. melted margarine
1/4 c. corn syrup
1/4 c. orange juice
2 T. milk
2 c. mashed, cooked sweet potatoes
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. ground nutmeg
miniature marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sweet potatoes, margarine, corn syrup, orange juice, milk, salt, nutmeg. Mix well. Spoon into greased 1 qt. casserole dish. Put marshmallows on top. Bake at 375º for 25-30 minutes.
