1 large chopped onion or 1/2 cup
1 stick oleo
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
2 pkg. chopped cooked broccoli
1/2 cup milk
1/2 lb. grated cheese or 1 cup
3 c. cooked rice (1 C. uncooked)
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 pkg, slivered almonds (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in oleo, Mix and melt cheese and soup on low heat, Fold in cooked rice and broccoli mix. Place in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Dress up with chopped almonds, or may be frozen and cooked when needed. (Could add grated cheese the last 5 minutes of cooking time and then add the almonds.)
