1 pkg (1/4 oz) active dry yeast
1/2 c warm water (100-110º)
2-1/2 c Bisquick
1-1/4 c (5 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
1 large egg, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together yeast and warm water in large bowl; let stand 5 minutes. Stir in Bisquick, cheese and egg. Stir until soft dough forms. Turn out onto well floured surface; knead 20 times. Place in a bowl coated with cooking spray; turn dough to grease top. Cover; let rise 20 minutes. Divide dough into 4 equal portions. Roll out 1 portion at a time into 8-inch circle on lightly floured surface. Cut circle into 8 wedges; roll up, starting at wide end, to form crescent. Place point side down on greased baking sheet. Repeat with rest of dough. Bake at 350ºF in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown. Yields 8 servings.
